Prominent Harare traditional healer Sekuru Tasvu has warned the public to be on the lookout against fraudsters and imposters who are fleecing people claiming to be him and in other instances claiming to be working with him.
This is a direct response to increasing numbers of people who are making complaints that they have lost money to people who claim to work with the healer.
Speaking to slymedianews, Sekuru Tasvu said people should always exercise due diligence and verify through a video call before they send money to anyone.
“Let me say this once again, before sending your money to be assisted, you must make a WhatsApp Video call to make sure you are speaking with me,” he said.
“I am a famous person if you call you will see that I am the one, Sekuru Tasvu. So, call first and verify,” he added.
He refuted claims that he had a foreign account number saying he only have a local one.
“I do not have an account number of any country except the only one I have which is a Zimbabwean one. I will surely inform my clients when i get a foreign account number,” he clarified.
The healer said he had reserved three days in a week dedicated to servicing the international clients while the rest of the week is set aside for local clients.
“My diaspora clients have Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, while the rest of the days are for local clients. The remaining days of the week are for people who are in Zimbabwe who come physically on the ground,” he said.
