The club confirmed to this new development through their twitter account.

Meanwhile, the 58-year-old former Inter Milan manager also confirmed that he is now ready to take over as the new Roma manager for next season.
“After meetings with the ownership, I immediately understood the full extent of their ambitions for AS Roma. The incredible passion of the Roma fans convinced me to accept the job and I cannot wait to start next season. Daje Roma,” Mourinho confirmed.
The Portuguese gaffer was sacked by Spurs in April following a series of poor results which left the English side on the seventh position in the league.
However, other reports from the British media indicate that he was dismissed for refusing to take the players to the training ground over the club’s decision to agree to participate in the Super League.
