A Shamva woman Carmel Gwaze shocked people when she told Chief Bushu that her husband is in the habit of tying her hands every time they make love
Her husband Shingirai Chiundiza in his response said this has been going on for 4 years and his wife actually enjoys the weird sex styles.
This matter was before Chief Bushu’s traditional court.
‘’He pointed a knife at me, he even got to an extent of removing my teeth with a blow.
‘’He applied hair remover on my hair.
‘’Chiundiza used to beat me using electric cables, now and again ,she said.
Gwaze postulated that besides being physically abused she was also sexually harassed.
‘’I was forced to have sex with hands tied up.
‘’Chiundiza would send me porn videos like Pressure or pain and command me to follow exactly what l saw.
‘’He said he wanted to have anal sex with me, she said.
Chiundiza told the court that the two love birds were in love for 4 years and they agreed to have sex in different positions.
‘’For the past 4 years we used to have sex with her hands tied up.
‘’The problem came when she went back to her mother’s place complaining about the sex positions, I practiced with her.
‘’I saw messages and call recording which proved that she was cheating, he said.
Chiundira told the court that he forgave his wife and he still love her for she is the one he chose to spend the rest of his life with.
In giving him his verdict Chief Bushu said Chiundiza should be given a divorce token and to resolve their issue he must plead with his wife for they have a child together hence they should consider that.
