Man Impregnates Own Daughter

A Chakari woman from Mashonaland West province identified as Anna has kept a secret for 5years after she was ‘raped’ by her own father when she was still a teenager until she gave birth to her father’s child.

The issue come to light when she visited a Harare based traditional healer Sekuru Tasvu to seek spiritual help since she was facing problems in love relationships.

According to Anna, her boyfriends always find her sexual organ ‘closed’ every time they try to make love with her.

In an interview with Sly Media, Anna said that her father raped since she was 18 years old in the maize field on different occasions.

“My father loved me so much because I am the only girl in my family and he used to take me to the farm but one day he forced himself on me and he put some traditional herbs inside my virgina and he started raping me,” she said.

“Each time he was raping a snake would appear from no-where, a very big snake, he would assure me that the snake will not do any harm to me until I fell pregnant.

“I was scared to death and did not even inform my mother.”

When she was about to give birth, she ran away from the village.

She tried sex work in order to fend for her son but that did not work and ended up doing piece jobs in order to survive.

“For now the life I am living is not pleasing at all but I am now doing piece jobs like, I wash, cook or even weed in people’s maize fields so as to make sure my child is well take care of,” she said.

Quizzed about his shenanigans, her father who identified as Edward said that he has done nothing like that to his daughter.

“I haven’t slept with my daughter I don’t know anything about it she is lying.’’ he said.
