Greatman Appeals For Wedding Donations

The Scripture reads, ‘He who finds a good wife, finds a good thing.’

Hence it is not surprising that a man who has found love would want to show off his source of love.
This rings true for musician Tongai Gwaze known in the musical circles as Greatman.

The artist is set to wed his sweetheart Silibaziso Masara on February 6.
The couple, who are parents to son Karren Gwaze born last May, is traditionally married and now wants to have their union legally registered.

Last week the couple received their marriage licence from the Magistrate’s court.
Recently the artist approached comedianne Felistars Mai Tt Murata-Maphosa inviting her to the wedding.

Posting on her Face book page Mai Tt wrote, “So Greatman and his wife paid me a visit today inviting me to the wedding.”

“Makorokoto makuru nothing is impossible with God though they told me they were facing challenges meeting up everything needed on the wedding therefore they seek for assistance from well-wishers.”

Mai Tt appealed to her fans to assist with donations.
Greatman was born with a medical condition that results in him being confined in a wheelchair and was raised by his grandmother, Muchaneta Gwaze.

He has said that his physical condition almost tore his paternal and maternal families apart when he was born, with either side accusing the other of practicing witchcraft.
Eventually, however, both families accepted his condition.

His song Pandakazvarwa which was a collaboration with Orchestra Dendera Kings front man Sulumani Chimbetu speaks about the situation around his birth.
