Contrary to popular belief that artists can not maintain stable relationships, former Macheso band member and drummer Tomson Chauke recently celebrated his third wedding anniversary.
Chauke is married to Linda Chirume.
Born and bred in Chiredzi in a family of five to Susan Mutirikidi and Alford Chauke, Chauke has proved musicians can be steady family men.
Having learnt to play music at an early stage in Chiredzi, Chauke, now based in Britain, has continued to prosper in the music arena.
Chauke is a singer, song writer and the band leader of Limpopo Groove.
He is also a radio presenter on a culture mix show on an online radio station *http://www.golddusthub.com* which focuses on building communities through sharing stories focusing on African musicians.
Chauke is a music coordinator at Priors Court School, a school for autistic children.
The wedding anniversary was attended by family and friends including the Limpopo Groove Band.
Former Caps United legend Joe Kode Mugabe and former Dynamos fc legend Memory Mucherahowa.
