Citizens Coalition for Change Mkoba MP Amos Chibaya has been arrested this morning accused of holding a meeting without notifying the police back in April this year.
Honorable Chibaya has been charged under the Maintenance of Peace and Order Act for holding a meeting at Gwindigwi Mountains in Charandura on the 30th of April 2022 without notifying the regulating authority.
The Citizens Coalition for Change spokesperson Fadzayi Mahere said “ He never convened such a meeting”
Chibaya is being represented by Mr Chidawanyika as his lawyer.
