Investigations to find out what actually transpired are in progress.
The police is investigating the circumstances in which a suspected drug addict was found dead at a certain House in Highfield, Harare on 2nd November.
Police in Mvurwi are investigating a case of attempted murder which occurred on 02nd November at about 1400 hrs where a woman aged 32 struck her boyfriend with a brick on the head after a misunderstanding.
The victim sustained an open wound on the head, bled from the ear and fell unconscious before he was ferried to hospital.
Meanwhile the police reiterates that members of the public must resolve their differences without the use of violence.
The ZRP confirms the arrest of Vusa Phiri 21 years for impersonating a police officer on 02nd November at 2100 hrs.
The suspect who was clad in Police uniform was nabbed whilst soliciting for bribes from the public at a sports bar at Mudamburi Shopping Centre, Bulawayo.
A US$5 note was recovered from the suspect and investigations so far revealed that the suspect stole the uniform from his relative who is a Police Officer stationed at Fairbridge.
The police is appealing for information which may lead to the arrest of Concisis Kambuzuma in connection with a case of culpable homicide which occurred on 02nd Novemberin Kadoma CBD, where he fatally hit a pedestrian while driving a Toyota Allion vehicle.
In a related case, Cliffonce Matewe is being sought by the Police for a case of negligent driving in which he rammed into two stationery vehicles and seriously injured one person while driving a bus, at Turf Mine on 28 October

Police in Beitbridge are appealing for information which may assist in the investigation of a robbery case which occurred on 03rd November near Lutumba.
Five unidentified suspects armed with okapi knives and an axe pounced on complainants who were travelling from Beitbridge to Rutenga and stole valuables worth ZAR14300 and US$22 .
A Toyota D4D motor vehicle in which the complainants were travelling in had been stooped after the complainants heard an unusual sound and were ascertaining the source of the sound.
Police in Beitbridge acted swiftly to a report of armed robbery and arrested Victor Ndou 27 years, Wonder Ndou 23 years and Tapson Muleya 30 years for a robbery case which occurred at Makapili area.
The two complainants who were attending to a mechanical fault of one of the complainants’ vehicle were robbed of US$10 as well as ZAR40 cash, cellphone and a car radio by the suspects who were armed with knives, an axe, and a pepper spray.
The arrest led to the recovery of all stolen items and cash.
The ZRP is investigating circumstances surrounding a murder case which occurred at Chirasha Mine, Kadoma on 2nd November in which a body of a 29 year old man was found in a gold processing hut with a deep cut on the head and strangling marks on the neck.

Police in Bulawayo arrested Zibusiso Mkwananzi 30 years, Meluleki Mhlahewa 24 years and Professor Dube 26 years for a case of attempted murder which occurred on 01st November at Pumula North suburb.
In a related case, Police in Harare are investigating an attempted murder case in which Lloyd Jack 26 years stabbed a bar tender, Shadreck Mhizha 27 years on the stomach with an unknown sharp object on 02nd November at Joy Centre, Machipisa.
The suspect had alleged that the victim had not given him change after buying beer
The ZRP is appealing for information which may lead to the arrest of Qondisani Ndlovu 21 years in connection with a case of robbery which occurred in Tsholotsho on 31st October at about 0200 hrs.
The suspect together with his accomplice, both still at large, attacked the complainant at her homestead.
They tied the complainant’s hands and mouth with a headscarf while threatening her with a knife.
The suspects searched the house and stole ZAR4 000 cash
The ZRP is investigating a case of robbery which occurred in Harare on 2nd November at 0000 hrs where five unknown suspects, armed with 3 guns, 2 machetes and a crow bar stormed a house in Dzivarasekwa Phase 3 before they held hostage the occupants and demanded cash.
They ransacked the house and stole two cellphones, US$1600 cash and drove away in the complainant’s Toyota Allion vehicle
Police in Jambezi are investigating a stock theft case which occurred on 23rd October at Sidinda grazing area.
An unidentified cattle rustler stole 15 cattle at the grazing area and went away unnoticed. Anyone with information to contact any Police Station
The ZRP is investigating a robbery case which occurred on 31st October at about 2300 hrs, at Sizinda Village, Kezi, where four unknown male adults who were armed with an axe, flick knife and knobkerrie pounced at the complainant’s house and demanded cash.
The complainant surrendered safe keys, cash amounting to ZAR 500 000 and US$1100 to the suspects. Anyone with information to contact any Police Station.
Police in Chipinge are investigating a murder case in which Daniel Sofa 37 years died after he was assaulted by Nelson Njuwaga 29 years on 01st November at Wedi Compound, Kamba Farm
The victim had intervened to stop the suspect and Simon Vhaisi from quarrelling over an unknown issue
The ZRP confirms a shooting incident which occurred near Naik area at corner H Chitepo and 5th Avenue Bulawayo on 29th Octoberat 1910 hrs.
Police Detectives fired two shots on a Toyota twin cab with suspects for robbery cases which occurred in Gwanda in a bid to stop them.
The suspects did not stop and sped away in the vehicle. Anyone with information to contact any nearest Police Station.
The ZRP reports a fire incident which occurred on 30th October at about 1900 hours, where a minor (three) died after the house in which she was sleeping caught fire in Granary, Harare.
The mother had left the minor sleeping with a candle light nearby which later ignited the room. Meanwhile, Police appeals to members of the public not to leave burning candles in rooms with minors while going away.
Police in Gwelutshena are investigating a murder case in which a learner 15 years died while fighting over a boyfriend with another learner aged 16 years on 29th October at Mawala, Ngwaladi area.
The suspect stabbed the victim with a kitchen knife which she was given by her cousin 14 years.
On 29th October Police arrested Elias Muchemwa 25 years and Tapiwa Mutevedzi 37 years at the 71km peg along Harare-Mutare Rd, in connection with cases of robbery which occurred on 22nd October at Maintu Farm Marondera, in which the suspects attacked a couple and stole goods worthy US$390 and ZWL$49000.
The suspects and their accomplice only identified as Para who is still at large, were travelling in a Honda fit vehicle when they were intercepted by the Police while evading the Police checkpoint.
The arrest led to the recovery of some stolen items which include, three solar panels, 75 litres of diesel, various groceries, clothes, blankets and 50kg maize seed
Police in Gutu are investigating a murder case in which Rachel Mudonzvo 32 years died while admitted at Masvingo Provincial Hospital on 30th October after she was hit with a stone on the ear by her boyfriend Shepherd Zivakwe following an argument.

The ZRP is appealing for information which may lead to the arrest of all robbery suspects targeting haulage trucks at night on the highways.
In a related case, a Karoi woman (27) lost cash and a cellphone worth US$416 through robbery after boarding a Toyota Fortuner vehicle destined for Harare on 26/10/21. The vehicle had four occupants & has been used in several other armed robbery cases in Harare and Chinhoyi.

The ZRP is investigating a murder case which occurred in Glendale, where Irvine Mafuratidze 35 years was murdered by suspect Zulu Kondwani 50 years after some political arguments on who will rule the country, on 31st October at about 1400 hrs.
The suspect was seen dropping the victim from his Honda Civic vehicle reg AEH 5099 at Fox Farm at around 2000hrs and the victim appeared to be unwell prompting the community members to apprehend the suspect and launch a Police report.
The ZRP has intensified operation ’No To Crystal Meth’ targeting all drug peddlers and drug abusers.
From 25/10/21 to 01/11/21, Police arrested 29 people and seized 0,005kgs of Crystal meth, 4x100mls of broncleer, 0,60kgs dagga and 200ml of harmful liquid.
Meanwhile, Police urges the public to shun dealing in illicit drugs for the safety of communities and the country in general.
The ZRP urges all departing and returning residents to use designated and authorised ports of entry and exit into the country.
