

Fadzanai Shumba
Harare man Tinashe Shumba (25) found himself in the dock on attempted murder charges after assaulting a fellow boozer Takudzwa Nenzou with a log on the head.
It is alleged Shumba struck Nenzou who fell unconcious at Zanamwe shopping centre in Chitungwiza.
He was not asked to plead to the allegations when he appeared before Harare magistrate Tafadzwa Miti last week and was remanded in custody to June 14.
It is alleged on May 17, Shumba who was drunk had a misunderstanding with the complainant demanding his money back which he borrowed when he wanted cigarretes.
It is alleged that Shumba took a log and struck Nenzou on the head .
Nenzou sustained serious injuries, leading to Shumba’s arrest.
