Another Chance For Billat As Chiefs Snubs Katsande

South African Premier League giants, Kaizer Chiefs, have extended Warriors attacking midfielder, Khama Billiat’s contract by two more years.


The club announced Billiat’s contract extension on Tuesday afternoon.


“Chiefs have also extended Khama Billiat’s contract,” said the club. “He will be with Amakhosi for two more seasons after signing for two years.


“The Zimbabwean attacking midfielder arrived at Chiefs in 2018 ahead of the 2018/19 season.”


The 30-year-old, Warriors forward has been struggling to find his best form since arriving from Masandawana.


Meanwhile, Chiefs announced the depature of veteran midfielder, Willard Katsande whose contract is set to expire at the end of the month.


“The Club would like to truly thank all the players for the immense contribution to Kaizer Chiefs over the last number of seasons,” said the club.


“Special mention goes to Willard Katsande who spent the last decade with Chiefs, giving his all.”
