Vice President Constantino Chiwenga’s estranged wife, Mary Chiwenga-Mubaiwa said she is ready to disclosed the ‘abuse’ she has endured in the hands of her husband.
Posting on social media, her tweeter handle, @marymubaiwa, the VP’s wife said, “I want to tell my story of the abuse I am suffering @ the hands of my husband who is using
State Machinery and the Judiciary to fight to fight me.
“I have been quiet for too long, I will tell my story to whoever cares to listen,” said Mubaiwa adding that she is “a victim of imprisonment.”
Mubaiwa and Chiwenga have been in a nasty divorce drama which ended up in court with the couple fighting for the custody on their children which was later won by Chiwenga.
She is facing explosive charges of trying to kill him when he was in a South African hospital last year.
In the papers filed to court by VP Chiwenga it was said, “Marrying her was the worst mistake I made.”
He accused her of using “cunning behaviour” to “secure a place in my life” and claimed she used “black magic” and was an abusive and violent “addict” who could not be trusted to take care of their children.
However, the divorce opened the secrete luxurious life the ruling elite lives in with court papers, as the rest of the country languishes with economic collapse, hyperinflation and hunger.
