A Madziva woman dragged her husband to a traditional court after going for going for three years without being given her conjugal rights by her husband.
The couple have a long standing domestic dispute.

The wife Pauline Masunga has dragged her husband Zephenia Mandeya to chief Nyamaropa’s court after he failed to provide her with s*x for three years.
Giving oral evidence to Chief Nyamaropa Masunga said that she wanted to know from her husband if he still loves her because it’s been three years and he has been failing to give her sex.
“I want to know if he still loves me because it has been long since we last had sex as married people.
“I think he dumped me because when I visited his mother, she told me that he travelled but with the looks of things he has another wife,” she said.
She added that, all she wanted from her husband is for him to take care of his children.
“I think we cannot be together again all I just want is for him to take care of his children because for the past three years he is not supporting his children either me,” said Masunga.
The husband Zephenia Mandeya denied the allegations saying that the two were no longer staying together.
“I don’t know what does she want me to say in fact this woman just left me and I did not ask her to leave the house.
“We are no longer living as husband and wife anymore after a small fight that took place at my house long time ago,” he said.
Chief Nyamaropa ruled that the couple should divorce because it is not human for married people to spend three years without having sex.
